About Rose

I’m Rose, a Londoner born and raised in South East London, and a 90s baby. I have a deep love for my home city—its architecture, history, culture, diversity, and people.

From a young age, I was the planner in my group of friends, organising school events and getting excited about holidays months in advance. My passion for bringing people together and creating experiences stems from epic New Year parties my parents used to host, filled with plenty of drink, good food, laughter, dancing, roulette tables and most importantly, love and friendship.

Growing up, I spent a lot of time in my parents’ jewellery shop, and witnessed their hard work and passion every single day. Looking back on it now I think it was inevitable that I would end up running my own business.

After initially pursuing a degree in Ancient History and Archaeology, I switched to Events Management at Greenwich University, where I graduated with a First Class Honours degree. Whilst studying, I got the opportunity to work for a hospitality company at the London Olympics, which was my introduction to the Luxury Event Industry, and I was hooked!

I spent seven incredible years working for Historic Royal Palaces, at Banqueting House (as well as a year at Kensington Palace), working on high-profile events, learning my craft and building my career.

After getting married, my husband and I moved to the countryside with our cat, Wesley, in search of green space and the elusive work life balance!

When I’m not planning events, I’m planning our next holiday!

A few of my favourite things…

Past times

Exploring new restaurants, watching rom-coms on Netflix (the cheesier the better), long walks in the countryside, reading historical fiction, listening to political podcasts while on the treadmill

Seasonal Holiday

Christmas – I’m one of those people who gets excited from September and puts the tree up in November.

Favourite cocktail

Cosmopolitan when in the city, a Pina Colada when on the beach!

Favourite canape

Steak Frites

Favourite flower

A Rose in a peach hue

Career highlights

A fashion dinner for Bulgari, the Attitude Awards, Banqueting House Street Party, Victoria Beckham AW20 Fashion Show, a Winter Wedding at the Garden Museum, Soiree Suisse 2025

Biggest event ick

Sunflowers, guest lists that aren’t alphabetised, chair covers, poor communication

Long or round tables?

I love the symmetry of long tables, but round tables work well for Award Dinners!

Part of the job

At events, I thrive on the excitement of seeing everything come together after months of planning, especially when my clients sees the venue set and ready just before guests arrive. Overall it is the people, both clients and suppliers, who make event planning so special.

Are we the perfect fit? x
