Hello newlyweds-to-be!
I’m thrilled to welcome you to the wedding section of Rose Francis Events.
For me, weddings are not the same as events, they are one of life’s most important milestones, a day to be filled with pure happiness with the people most important to you.
I cherish the opportunity to work with couples and uncover what makes their love story so special and extraordinary. My goal is to craft a wedding day that perfectly captures a couples essence and leaves them with treasured memories that will eventually be referred to fondly as ‘the best day of our lives’.

One of life's most important milestones
Couples usually come to me when they are overwhelmed with the amount of work that goes into planning a wedding. Weddings can be particularly daunting when you have chosen a unique venue. with strict rules and an Approved Supplier List (this is a strict set of suppliers who need to be contacted and booked individually).
As an expert in working in unique venues, familiar with the suppliers that are approved to work in these spaces, I am here to take away any stress and make sure the entire process is as fun and enjoyable as you always dreamed it would be.
Throughout the planning process, I become more than just a wedding planner; I become a trusted confidant who is there to make your life so much easier. Getting to know each couple on a personal level is at the core of my approach. This allows me to understand each couples individual preferences, desires and expectations.
I’m known for my unwavering attention to detail, meticulous planning, and candid honesty, ensuring that every aspect of a couples’ special day is meticulously thought out and flawlessly executed. From the tiniest details to the grandest moments, I’m dedicated to ensuring everything runs seamlessly, allowing you to live in the moment!

Three 45-minute video calls tailored to your needs including:

A thorough email recap of each meeting, including:

CONSULTATION CALLS
A video call to take place 6-8 Weeks Prior to your wedding date including:
- Full discussion of your wedding details, review and handover your plans and supplier contact details with advice on any missing elements or adjustments needed
A final video call 1 week prior to your wedding date including:
- Review of all wedding details and schedule with discussion of any last-minute adjustments or concerns
SUPPLIER COORDINATION & EVENT PLAN
- 2 -3 weeks prior to your wedding day: An in-person meeting with you and your suppliers at your wedding venue ensuring all parties are aligned and prepared for your wedding day
- Coordination with all suppliers in the weeks leading up to your wedding, ensuring all arrangements are in place and any issues are resolved
- Creation of a complete event sheet outlining the schedule and responsibilities to be distributed to you, your suppliers and the venue team 1 – 2 weeks ahead of your wedding date
ON-SITE COORDINATION ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
Rose will be on-site at your wedding venue from setup until the first dance and is responsible for:
- Setting up wedding items with the venue to be set as agreed
- Management and coordination of suppliers, ensuring the wedding runs according to your schedule
- Overseeing the smooth operation of the day until the after-party begins
- For an additional fee: Option for Rose to stay onsite until your last guest is off site
- For an additional fee: An Event Assistant to support Rose with the smooth running of the day
Ideal for Independent Planners Seeking Peace of Mind
- Perfect for couples who plan their wedding themselves but want to enjoy the final weeks leading up to their wedding day with the assurance of professional on-the-day coordination

The Bouquet
The Bouquet - from £4,800
The Bouquet Package is a partial wedding planning package and includes all the services offered in The Posey Package, plus:
Supplier Sourcing and Management
- Includes a discovery video call to understand your wedding plans, vision, and specific needs
- Contact and gather proposals from 4 supplier categories of your choice (e.g. catering, floristry, production, furniture, entertainment etc.), obtaining quotes from a minimum of three suppliers in each category, based on your requirements, budget, and moodboard
- Proposals uploaded to an online portal with my expert recommendations
- Negotiate with suppliers on your behalf based on your feedback, ensuring proposals align perfectly with your expectations and requirements
Enhanced Communication and Planning Support
- A monthly call to discuss your plans and make necessary adjustments
- Ongoing correspondence and updates via email and the online portal
Pre-Wedding Handover
- All other wedding suppliers handed over 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day
On-Site Coordination on your wedding day
- Rose will be on-site at your wedding venue from setup until the end of the evening
- For an additional fee: An Event Assistant to support Rose with the smooth running of the day
Ideal for Busy Couples
- Perfect for couples short on time or those overwhelmed and needing support with supplier sourcing
- Provides expert guidance through the wedding planning process
- Allows you to focus on personal details while ensuring all major aspects are professionally managed
The Garden
The Garden - from £6,000
(Based on a 10% Total Budget Spend)
The Garden Package is a comprehensive full wedding planning service, designed for couples who want expert guidance and support throughout the entire wedding planning process. This package ensures every detail is meticulously managed, allowing you to enjoy the journey and your special day to the fullest.
Collaborative Design and Planning
- We will work together to create and design your wedding vision, I will listen to your ideas, create a mood board and offer recommendations and solutions as required.
Supplier & Logistics Management
- Management of all communication with all suppliers you choose to work with
- Oversee your wedding budget to ensure all expenses are tracked and managed efficiently
- Management of the guest list and invitations and any other aspects you need support with (e.g. photographer, videographer, hotels, transport, MUA, guest gifting)
- Coordinate and attend all pre-event meetings with the venue and suppliers
- Regular updates and clear guidance on the next steps via on online portal with weekly calls, and WhatsApp communication to keep you informed and supported throughout the planning process
- Full management of wedding day logistics including a detailed event sheet
- Rose will be on-site at your wedding venue from setup until your last guest leaves.
- Includes 1 event assistant to support Rose in the smooth running of your wedding
